He puts his left foot forward and as the right one follows he stops, looks through the lense, and snaps another picture.
With a hundred snaps behind him and the red light over his head he starts developing the scene.

He lights the pilot, it ignites a distant memory there it’s not the road he paved but it proves that we/he existed.
